LDCF @ New Wine

Anyone going to New Wine Week 2 in Peterborough? LDCF are partnering with Christians in Politics, Christians on the Left and Conservative Christian Fellowship to run two seminars, one on Brexit, the other on Supernatural Politics. Venue: HUB 5 Monday 5th & Tuesday 6th August 4-5pm. Would be great to see you there!

LDCF Director Karen Klair had the privilege last week of attending the 2019 National Parliamentary Prayer Breakfast in Westminster Hall. A very early start did not deter 650 church leaders, Parliamentarians, Christian organisations and Diplomats gathering to worship together & be challenged by the Bishop of London, Sarah Mullally on the need to come together and reject the politics of polarisation. Here is a LINK to her talk. Afterwards there were a series of seminars run by Christian organisations. Christian Aid ran a seminar called "Speaking Truth to Power" with Joel Edwards & David Lammy MP on the panel.
